Vice President for Student Affairs

The Vice President for Student Affairs (VPSA) is the chief student affairs officer at Lourdes University, reporting directly to the President and serving as a member of the University's Leadership Cabinet.
The VPSA provides leadership and vision in administering a comprehensive range of programs and services related to campus programming and planning, consistent with Lourdes' Catholic and Franciscan traditions and core values of community, service, reverence and learning, The VPSA will assist in the creation of a campus culture that promotes academic achievement and personal development of all students (undergraduate, graduate and professional); assists with crisis response; advocates on behalf of students; fosters collaborative relationships among students, faculty, and staff and will be expected to develop innovative diversity, equity and inclusion programming consistent with Lourdes' strategic goals and mission.
The Division of Student Affairs consists of the following units:
Residential Life; University Career Development Center; Student Government Association; Associate Dean of Students; Student Activities, Clubs & Organizations; Student Programming; Student Conduct; Public Safety, Title IX and Student Health/Counseling Services.
The VPSA will collaborate with all Divisions of the University on matters relating to student engagement and welfare.
Specifically, the VPSA will work with the VP for Finance/CFO on strategic facility planning, student meal plans, and campus safety.
The VP for Athletics/Athletic Director to support student recreation and non varsity athletic programming.
The Sr.
VP for Academic Affairs/Provost on academic support, student success initiatives and new student orientation planning.
The VP for Mission to support and promote Lourdes' Catholic Franciscan charism, volunteerism and campus ministry service outreach.
The VP for Enrollment Management to assist in University wide retention and new student recruitment objectives and the VP for Advancement to support institutional fundraising and marketing initiatives.
The VPSA will also collaborate with key University administrative units to improve and promote student engagement levels by identifying external partnerships with community stakeholders and increasing curricular and co-curricular learning opportunities throughout our region for both commuter and resident students.
Preferred qualifications; a minimum of eight years of senior level student life/affairs experience and earned doctorate in a relevant area of study.
Knowledge of student wellness trends, a strong commitment to holistic education and student development, team player and collaborator.
Anticipated starting date, Fall 2023.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
